Mobilizing Muscatine Excellence (MME) is Diamond Towns’ pilot program. Eleven teams have been organized to address the needs of the community.

Measurements and metrics are being documented so that the next town that hires DTA to implement change will have written records to draw from when the process is put into practice in their town.
